Plus a custom CMS the staff can use without training, security hardened from D to A, and email that finally lands in the inbox.

When a hospital website takes almost two seconds just to respond, the people affected are not customers browsing a catalog. They are patients looking for a phone number, working hours, or how to reach a specific department.
The old site had five sections of content in total, and still measured 1929 ms load time on Bytecheck - a one star rating. Security scored a D, and the domain had no SPF, DKIM, DMARC or proper MX records, so official hospital email routinely landed in spam folders.

What We Did
Complete redesign
A clean, calm interface built for people under stress. Department pages, doctor directories and contact information are reachable in two clicks, on any device. The design follows accessibility basics: readable font sizes, proper contrast, no decorative noise where information matters.
Custom CMS built in-house
The hospital staff publishes news, announcements and schedules through Axon CMS - our own lightweight content system. Argon2id password hashing, two-factor authentication for administrators, session hardening and a permission model that separates editors from admins.
Security hardening
Full security header set (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, nosniff, referrer policy), hidden software versions, hardened session cookies, brute-force protection on the login and continuous dependency updates. A public institution is a target - we treat it that way.
Email deliverability
The domain had no SPF, DKIM, DMARC or proper MX records - official hospital mail was landing in spam. We configured all of them correctly and routed messages through authenticated SMTP. Today hospital email passes even Gmail's notoriously strict filtering and lands in the inbox.
Performance work
Server-side caching on OpenLiteSpeed, compressed and properly sized images, bundled assets and a trimmed frontend. Load time dropped from 1929 ms to 375 ms - five times faster, while the page grew from 5 sections to 14 with ten times more images.
